(08/01/2022) Our new Java-based, hardware-independent system, called Automatic Multi-functional Integration Program (AMFIP), has been accepted by PlosONE. All our codes on all-optical mechanobiology interrogation will be available in Github soon.

The data shows that living cells apply traction forces from the peri-nuclear regions.
